Privacy Policy
Last updated: [INSERT DATE] — DRAFT, pending attorney review
The Invisible House ("we," "us," or "our") is a trade name (DBA) of CEPP, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through theinvisiblehouse.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information: full name, email address, and phone number.
- Scheduling information: your selected meeting time and any details provided through our Outlook/Microsoft Bookings scheduling link.
- Estate Plan Design Information: information you voluntarily provide about your family and household (such as marital status and dependents), your assets (such as whether you own real estate or a business, and an approximate estate value range), the people you'd like to name in your plan (such as a proposed executor, trustee, healthcare agent, or power of attorney), and any special instructions or questions you share with us. Providing this information is optional — you may skip this step and complete it later.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and prepare for your initial consultation;
- Prepare draft estate planning documents using third-party estate planning software, currently wealth.com and EstateGuru, based on the information you provide;
- Route your information and draft documents to a licensed attorney for review in your state of residence;
- Communicate with you about your plan, your meeting, and related follow-up;
- Maintain records as required by our professional and regulatory obligations; and
- Improve and maintain the Site.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services, including with:
- wealth.com and EstateGuru — the software platforms we use to help prepare draft estate planning documents based on the information you submit. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data, which we encourage you to review.
- Microsoft / Outlook Bookings — used to schedule your consultation. Microsoft's own privacy policy applies to the scheduling process.
- Licensed attorneys engaged to review your documents, who may be located in or licensed in your state.
- Service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting and email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Others, only where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Attorney Review and No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting information through this Site, booking a meeting, or receiving draft documents generated through wealth.com or EstateGuru does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only once you have engaged directly with a licensed attorney under a signed engagement agreement.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, satisfy legal, regulatory, or professional recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. If you skip the Estate Plan Design Information step, we retain only your contact information until you choose to provide additional details.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law in your state.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for adults seeking estate planning services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
